Dr. Stammer graduated from ¹ú²ú´«Ã½â€™s School of Engineering (’72 B.E., Civil Engineering) and has been a transportation professor since 1981. He has held previous administrative appointments at ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ as Asst/Assoc. Dean in Engineering and as an Asst Provost. His experience in transportation includes employment within government (TN Dept. of Transportation), private consulting(Atlanta, GA and Brentwood, TN) and education (¹ú²ú´«Ã½ U.). He regularly teaches transportation courses in planning, design, and traffic engineering.
