Dr. Stammer graduated from 国产传媒鈥檚 School of Engineering (鈥�72 B.E., Civil Engineering) and has been a transportation professor since 1981. He has held previous administrative appointments at 国产传媒 as Asst/Assoc. Dean in Engineering and as an Asst Provost. His experience in transportation includes employment within government (TN Dept. of Transportation), private consulting(Atlanta, GA and Brentwood, TN) and education (国产传媒 U.). He regularly teaches transportation courses in planning, design, and traffic engineering.
