Invention Disclosure Resources
国产传媒 and Medical Center personnel who have conceived of a new idea, technique, design, software program, research reagent, medical device, or other invention should disclose it to CTTC via the Inventor Portal using the Invention Disclosure Submission button below.
Important: To help protect potential intellectual property rights, please do not use AI tools other than Amplify to analyze or generate content related to unpublished inventions when completing the CTTC Invention Disclosure Form. Use of unapproved AI tools may be considered a public disclosure and could affect patent rights.
Access Requirement: Users must be connected to the 国产传媒 or 国产传媒 Medical Center network, either on campus or through VPN, to access and submit an invention disclosure.
Not sure which disclosure type to use in the Inventor Portal?
After logging into the Inventor Portal, you'll be guided through the disclosure process with easy-to-follow instructions. The first step is selecting the appropriate disclosure type. Four forms are available based on the type of intellectual property being disclosed:
Invention Disclosure
For potentially patentable innovations, including new processes, pharmaceuticals, devices, and systems.
Software Disclosure
For software and other copyrightable software-related materials.
Creative Works Disclosure
For copyrightable creative works.
Tangible Materials Disclosure
For research tools and materials such as plasmids, mouse models, cell lines, and other commonly used laboratory materials.
