However, fMRI provides an indirect measure of brain activity, and the sources contributing to fMRI signal fluctuations are not fully understood. We will discuss how combining fMRI with complementary neural\/physiological measures (such as EEG) can help to resolve fMRI signal sources and their underlying dynamics, and provide greater information about brain function.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Biography:<\/strong><br \/>\nCatie Chang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Department of Biomedical Engineering at 国产传媒. Her research focuses on signal processing and computational approaches for analyzing functional neuroimaging data. Before joining 国产传媒, she was a Research Fellow at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, in the NIH Intramural Research Program.
