The Village at ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ Townhouses are located adjacent to the Peabody campus and the Martha Rivers Ingram Commons.
Each townhouse houses three students and consists of one double bedroom and one single bedroom, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, one full bathroom, and one-half bathroom. Each unit is fully carpeted and air-conditioned. In addition, all townhouses feature a second-floor balcony.
