Blakemore House

Opened in August 2012, Blakemore House is home to 130 upper-division women and men. Students live on three floors in a mixture of single rooms, double rooms and triple rooms. Featuring some of the campus’s only double rooms with full private bathrooms, Blakemore House is a popular choice for students seeking large rooms, plentiful lounge and study space, and convenient parking.

Blakemore House is sited on a large property that boasts a very large backyard with walking paths, picnic tables, patio furniture, and attractive safety lighting. Inside, students enjoy a fireplace lounge, a large lounge/study area looking out on the back yard, music practice room, and study room.

Blakemore House is located on ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ Place next to the ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ Police Department and less than one block from Dudley Stadium and McGugin Center, the home of ¹ú²ú´«Ã½ Athletics. It is also close to Centennial Park, Paddock Place shopping, and many West End Avenue restaurants and shops.
