Intramural Registration
Registrations can be completed at the Office of Campus Recreation from 9am – 5 pm Mon. – Fri. All freshmen teams register by residence hall floors (contact RA). For more info call 3-8186.

Meditation Class @ The Rec

Meditation is a secular practice to improve psychological well-being, reduce stress, and help you become more present in your daily life.
Thursdays at 5:30-6 pm

Classroom B (starts March 1st)

No Experience Necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement

First Aid Certification – CPR/First Aid classes will be offered:
April 8, 2012

Be sure to register as soon as possible. Class size is limited to 15 participants based on first come, first served and will fill up quickly!

Cost: $120 (Payment is due at the time of registration.

To register, stop by the Office of Campus Recreation during office hours, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. For more information call 343-8186. No Phone Reservations. Classes are held in Classroom A & B of the Student Recreation Center.

Sports Medicine Coverage – Do you need advice in regards to a sports injury? We offer during the semester months on Tue and Thu our very own Athletic Trainer. The athletic trainer is friendly and one of ¹ú²ú´«Ã½’s best in the field. So if you need advice, he/she will be in the Student Recreation Center lounge ready to answer any and all of your questions.
