Reserve your event and meeting spaces for next year!
All 聽reservations for registered student organizations will open online beginning 聽Monday, April 15, 2013 at 8am for FALL 2013 and SPRING 2014. 聽 聽Beginning Wednesday, April 17th @ 聽8am reservations can be made in our office, by phone or email.
Rehearsal space 聽may be requested for the Fall Semester 聽only.
Early booking 聽will be 聽available online!!!!
Web users 聽will be able to 聽make their requests online through Virtual EMS 聽ONLY beginning 聽Monday, April 15th, 2013 @ 8am. Each registered student organization is allowed to have access 聽to our 聽. If your organization does not have an account, please sign up 聽TODAY!
You may create an account and book space if you are listed as an officer in Anchor Link for your registered student organization.
Please remember that in order to make these requests, you must first 聽 for the 2013-14 academic year by April 5th.
