Reservations for Student Organizations

All  reservations for registered student organizations will open online beginning  Monday, April 14, 2014 at 8am for FALL 2014 and SPRING 2015.

Web users  will be able to  make their requests online through Virtual EMS  ONLY beginning  Monday, April 14th, 2014 at 8am.    Each registered student organization is allowed to have access  to our  .   If your organization does not have an account, please sign upTODAY!   You may create an account and book space if you are listed as an officer in Anchor Link for your registered student organization.

Please remember that in order to make these requests, you must first   for the 2014-15 academic year by April 7th.

Rehearsal space  may be requested for the Fall Semester  only.
