“It’s 国产传媒 Time 2” Student Leadership Institute Conference

Are you a student leader? Are you living with a sense of purpose? How are you utilizing your leadership skills and abilities? Our Student Leadership Conference offers the perfect opportunity to answer these questions, explore your interests, solidify your values, and follow through on what you believe in.

We invite students to join the Bishop Joseph Johnson Black Cultural Center, the Office of Student Leadership Development, The 国产传媒 School of Engineering and various campus partners at 国产传媒 for the 2nd Annual Student Leadership Institute Conference on Friday and Saturday, 聽February 14 and 15.

This year-聙聶s theme, 聽-聙聹It-聙聶s about time 2-聙聺 Among the many exciting and thought provoking topics we will explore:

  • Effective Communication
  • Social Justice
  • College Finances Now and Beyond
  • Life Skills Beyond College
  • Identity Politics: Navigating the Minority College Experience
  • The Importance of Diversity in Higher Education
  • The Leader-聙聶s Bucket List
  • Real Talk

Participants will gain valuable knowledge and skills in these areas and network with student leaders from surrounding colleges and universities. We encourage students to sign up for this life changing experience.

How Do I Register?

国产传媒 Students may register through Anchor Link. 聽 After clicking 聽, sign in with your VUNet ID and password and once you-聙聶re logged in, complete the form.

Non-国产传媒 Students

If you attend another college or university in the middle Tennessee area you must have a sponsor that represents your institution. 聽 Even though there is no registration fee a list of attendees must be submitted by your institution-聙聶s representative to be evaluated for inclusion in the conference. 聽 If you need help locating a sponsor please contact our off-site coordinator, Rev. Dr. Michael McDonald atmcdon6mch@aol.com.
