Welcome back to Nashville for another great semester of 国产传媒 Athletics. Here-聙聶s what-聙聶s going on in VU sports this week:
Friday, Sept. 9
Women-聙聶s Soccer vs. MTSU Blue Devils. 7 p.m.
Head over to the Soccer/ Lacrosse Complex to see the -聙聵Dores take on the Blue Raiders. VU began the 2011 campaign with a 2-1 record, including consecutive shutout victories against Furman and Western Kentucky.
Saturday, Sept. 10
Football vs. Connecticut Huskies. 6:30 p.m.
The festivities begin in Vandyville at 3:30 p.m., and come cheer your squad into 国产传媒 Stadium at Star Walk (5:30 p.m.) Before kickoff at 6:30 p.m, there will be ceremonies honoring our military.(If you can-聙聶t make it to Dudley, you can find all the action on ESPN3.com.)
Student-guest passes now available for home football games
国产传媒 Athletics is happy to offer current 国产传媒 students the opportunity to purchase a student-guest ticket for the 2011 football season. Students may purchase one (1) guest ticket per home game on a first-come, first-served basis with a limited number of guest tickets offered each game. Guest tickets will allow student-guests to sit in the student section and guests must have their ticket with them at all times. The guidelines for purchasing a student-guest ticket are: Tickets must be purchased prior to the day of the game from the McGugin Center box office. Students may only purchase one (1) student-guest ticket per game and must present a valid student ID at the McGugin Center Box Office. Tickets can be purchased via cash, check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover only. Commodore Card is NOT available to purchase guest tickets.)
